“Investing in young adults is important to me because they are our future leaders. They deserve opportunities to thrive and become successful members of society,” said McGill, who has worked at The Spot since July of 2021. “I am honored to work for an organization that encourages and supports youth development. We are making a difference in the lives of young people every day!”
